Anybody know the show that had the date drinking from a coke full of bugs?

A search of the database shows these three:
6/15/68 Animal Kingdom & Dead Flies
6/8/73 Dead Flies In The Coke Bottle
11/15/76 Flies in Pop Bottle
The date didn't drink from the bottle. Shep did and then hi-tailed it to the bushes!
